Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Provelis Recruiting Operating System and its modules, including Compass, Caliber, Crucible, and Nexus (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Axiom Global Technologies (“Axiom,” “Provelis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at provelis.ai and its subdomains.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@provelis.ai of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of the Service

Provelis is an AI-native recruiting operations platform that helps companies plan deals, source candidates, run interviews and assessments, and schedule and manage the hiring pipeline. Features include the Crucible (planning), Nexus (sourcing), and Caliber (interview and assessment) engines, and role-specific portals for candidates, recruiters, clients, vendors, and administrators.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, including employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws.
  • Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent assessment integrity controls, interfere with the Service, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of candidate data and automated assessment tools complies with applicable hiring and fairness laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Candidate, interview, and assessment data

You are responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any notices required to collect, process, and share candidate information through the Service, including interview recordings, identity verification, and proctoring data. You agree to use such data only for legitimate recruiting purposes and in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services and Google integration

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google. When you connect your Google account, you authorize us to access Google Calendar data to check availability and to create, view, update, and manage interview events on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, models, content, and trademarks, is owned by Axiom Global Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to process it to provide the Service.

7. Fees

If your use of the Service is subject to fees, you agree to pay them as described in your order or subscription agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated assessments, matches, or scores will be accurate or suitable for any particular hiring decision. You are responsible for your hiring decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Global Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Global Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axiom Global Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
